2013 – Submission Guidelines

How to Submit

To submit your proposal, you have two options:

(A) You can fill out the online proposal form
(B) You can email us the information as outlined below proposals@moodlemoot.ie

Please have a look at the different formats of presentations before you submit your idea.

You will need to provide the following information with each submission:

Presenter Info:

  • Name
  • Title
  • Organisation/Place of Work
  • Email address
  • Biography (max 250 words)
  • Twitter URL
  • Linkedin URL

The presentation information must include :

  • Title: Eleven words or less
  • Description: An abstract of 100-400 words, providing a clear idea of the subject and method of the presentation
  • Type of presentation: Which format do you prefer
  • Availability: Which days are you available to present on from the two main presentation days

Please note – Commercial Product Demonstrations are not being accepted as part of the call for proposals. There are a number of product workshops scheduled during the conference in a distinct stream and not part of the normal programme. These are only available through Moot sponsorship, If you wish to sponsor the Moodlemoot there is an sponsorship level where you can deliver a hands-on product training/demo session in addition to having a stand.
