VAT

All prices include VAT at 23%.

Full Conference Registrations include:

  • Attendance at one or two workshops on Monday 18th Feb
  • All conference sessions Tuesday 19th – Wednesday 20th Feb
  • Morning and afternoon teas and lunches
  • Conference USB with program and other promotional material
  • Welcome Reception ticket, Monday 18th Feb
  • Conference Dinner Tuesday 19th Feb

2 day Conference Registrations include

Hackfest Session includes

  • Attendance at the hackfest session on Thursday 21st Feb

Dinner

The Moodlemoot conference dinner is included in the two or three day ticket.

Credit Card Processing Fees

Please note that online payment will attract a processing fee 3% which is included in the price.

Insurance

Insurance,including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Liability

The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

Payments

All payments must be received prior to the conference. All credit card payments will be followed up with a request for confirmation from the card holder. All payments must be received in Euro. A VAT invoice will be provided to you once payment has been made.

Disabled Facilities

If you require specific facilities, please notify the secretariat by indicating your requirements on the registration form. You will be contacted by the secretariat to make suitable arrangements for your attendance at the conference.

Disclaimer

In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary. The opinions expressed and arguments employed in the presentations do not necessarily reflect the official views of the organising committee.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full Refunds – Before 2nd of Dec 2012

To receive a full refund, Moodlemoot must receive written requests no later than 1st of December 2012. An admin fee of 20 euro is applicable on full refunds.

50% Refunds – Before 2nd of Jan 2013

Notice Requests for refunds Moodlemoot received within 2nd of December 2012 – 2nd of January 2013 will be subject to a 50% refund.

No Refunds – From 2nd of Jan 2013

Requests for refunds Moodlemoot receives form 2nd of January 2013 will not be eligible for a refund.
