Master of Ceremonies - Jessica Gramp
Jessica Gramp works with University College London (UCL) and twelve other European higher education institutions as the project manager for the Erasmus+ ABC to VLE project. She has spent the majority of her 16 year career working to develop Moodle and support staff in their use of learning technologies. She is currently focused on working with institutions to utilise and localise the ABC Learning Design method to support staff to align to institutional education strategies and incorporate learning technologies into their teaching.
At UCL, she developed the prototype to the Moodle MyFeedback report and led the UCL Accessible Moodle project, resulting in a more accessible theme and an online training course for staff to help them become more inclusive teachers. She also led projects to improve the provision of e-examinations, resulting in UCL offering typed examinations to students at the Qatar campus and the adoption of an institution wide e-assessment policy, which now forms part of the Academic Manual.
Jessica recently completed a Master of Digital Education at Edinburgh University and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA). Her areas of interest include accessibility, e-assessment and learning design.
