This presentation will offer actionable insights that you can apply immediately, as gathering real-time feedback has become even more critical in light of the new challenges and continual change that higher ed is currently facing.
Our turnkey integration with Moodle makes it easy to get up and running quickly. You can easily import course, student, and instructor enrollment information into your EvaluationKIT survey projects and automatically refresh this data over time to align with add/drops in the selected courses. In fact, for students, the experience is completely seamless. When they have an active survey to complete, they’ll receive notifications automatically within Moodle and can access and complete their survey without ever having to access another application. (You can even choose to require students to take the survey before enabling access to their course materials – a feature that is proven to drive strong response rates.)
Similarly, instructors and administrators can access EvaluationKIT directly from Moodle to add custom questions to surveys for their courses (if your institution permits this), track response rates, and access results. These features have helped our clients achieve high response rates and more effectively incorporate student feedback into their continuous improvement efforts.
